The Leica Vario-Elmar-R 35-70mm f/3.5 is a standard zoom lens with a constant max. aperture for Leica R SLR cameras.

The lens came in two modifications (total number 31610 ) :

E60 (see Photo) - by Minolta until 1985, Minolya lenses -  Е60 filter
E67 -serial numbers starting from 3393301 onwards since 1986 - ELW,  Е67 filter. 
Excellent sharp zoom lens.
