Laowa's official back focus adjustment procedure includes “eyeball it.” Unthread rear cover, loosen 3x set screws (.028 driver) from side of rear group, and rotate rear group until focus marks are accurate. However, this may degrade image quality. You may realize that these lenses were intentionally set for a “split the difference” setting between accurate marks and good image quality.
