Service

This section restricted to Duclos Staff users.

Service Manual: Disassembly/Re-assembly

Full CLA: 5-6 hrs.
+ 1 hr for spray and bake (teflon) on threads.
Attention: Take note of the irregular stack of iris blades. After the first three small blades are installed, the second three (with the smaller notch) overlap so that the “tails” rest on top of its neighbor, whereas the last three blades (the larger notch) stack so that the tails are tucked under their neighboring blade. This is done to prevent binding and breakage, which can occur if one were to stack both the second and third sets the same way.
